Accidents during transport are not common, but they do not cease to be a reality. It is important that the buyer verify that the condition of the product is satisfactory at the time of receipt and before signing the delivery note. If this is not possible, please note on the delivery note itself "PENDING REVISION" and notify us in writing to any damage that has occurred in the transport within 24 hours of receipt of the package.


In certain bulky shipments (scooters, batteries, palletized material, ...) the delivery will be made on the street, at the home of the buyer. If the buyer's home is in a place without the possibility of land access by truck, delivery will be made at the point closest to the home that was possible to transit.

Mobility products are shipped semi-assembled to facilitate transport. All mobility products - whether new orders or repairs - are tested by's technical team, however some products may require technical adjustments or fine-tuning after delivery at destination by the customer.

The customs or local taxes associated with each order will be paid by the customer in all cases.

In the event that the product purchased by a customer is out of stock, you will be offered the option to modify your purchase for an alternative product or the immediate refund of the amount paid by that customer.
