VERY IMPORTANT

Accidents during transport are not common, but they do not cease to be a reality. It is important that the buyer verify that the condition of the product is satisfactory at the time of receipt and before signing the delivery note. Should the above not be possible, in your own interest of a prompt solution we strongly encourage you to write “PENDING REVISION” in the comments field and notify us in writing to info@solaremobility.com any damage that has occurred in the transport within 24 hours of receipt of the package so that we can offer a prompt solution. 

SHIPMENTS, DELIVERY TIMES AND RETURNS

In certain bulky shipments (scooters, batteries, palletized material, ...) the delivery will be made on the street, at the home of the buyer. If the buyer's home is in a place without the possibility of land access by truck, delivery will be made at the point closest to the home that was possible to transit.

Mobility products are shipped semi-assembled to facilitate transport. All mobility products - whether new orders or repairs - are tested by solaremobility.com's technical team, however some products may require technical adjustments or fine-tuning after delivery at destination by the customer.

The customs or local taxes associated with each order will be paid by the customer in all cases.

In the event that the product purchased by a customer is out of stock, you will be offered the option to modify your purchase for an alternative product or the immediate refund of the amount paid by that customer.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 102 of Law 3/2014, of 27th March, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the customer will have the right to cancel the order requested within a period of fourteen calendar days from the day following receipt of the order. After notifying OLITE SOLAR XII, S.L. The customer and the company must agree to deliver the package, will clearly identify the name and address to whom it should be sent and the identification data of the contract and the contractors to which it refers. OLITE SOLAR XII, S.L. will refund the consumer the full amount of the purchase, i.e. the price of the product plus delivery costs, within 14 calendar days from the date on which he was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same means of payment as those used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. 

Under Article 103, paragraph C of RD 1/2007 16 November, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised (except by error or defect in the product or service contracted) in goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly customized. 

All returns must be postage prepaid. No freight will be accepted.

As long as Solaremobility.com does not notify a different postal address in writing at the time of validating the return.

The amount will be refunded by the same from of payment. The rules regarding returns (regulated by Law 3/2014 of 27 March) claims, warranty and issuance of invoices, are as follows: Returns must have their original packaging and the product in perfect condition. If the article is not returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition the good could suffer a depreciation. 

This will take effect from the day the delivery is made to the home of the buyer.

Claims for possible incidents such as the product being delivered deteriorated, wrong, or for any other cause susceptible to claim, will be treated as follows: You must request the return by contacting by phone or email with www.solaremobility.com

In the case of requesting a refund, the customer must return the product to Solaremobility.com within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order, and the costs of return, are borne by the customer, (according to Law 3/2014 of 27 March).

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the Law on Alternative Dispute Resolution, we inform consumers that, as a member entity and under the terms of the Code of Ethics, users can go to Confianza Online for the alternative resolution of any disputes (https://www.confianzaonline.es/consumidores/como-reclamar/formulario-complaints/). If these concern electronic transactions with consumers, or data protection when related to this area, the complaints will be resolved by the Online Confidence Mediation Committee, accredited for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes. If the complaints concern digital advertising, or data protection when related to this area, they will be submitted to the Self-Control Advertising Jury.

Warranty

In case of defective product, Solaremobility.com will proceed as appropriate to repair, replace, apply a price reduction or terminate the purchasing contract. Solaremobility is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. Third party manipulation of the product voids the warranty.
