Accidents during transport are not common, but they do not cease to be a reality. It is important that the buyer verify that the condition of the product is satisfactory at the time of receipt and before signing the delivery note. Should the above not be possible, in your own interest of a prompt solution we strongly encourage you to write “PENDING REVISION” in the comments field and notify us in writing to any damage that has occurred in the transport within 24 hours of receipt of the package.


In certain bulky shipments (scooters, batteries, palletized material, ...) the delivery will be made on the street, at the home of the buyer. If the buyer's home is in a place without the possibility of land access by truck, delivery will be made at the point closest to the home that was possible to transit.

Mobility products are shipped semi-assembled to facilitate transport. All mobility products - whether new orders or repairs - are tested by's technical team, however some products may require technical adjustments or fine-tuning after delivery at destination by the customer.

The customs or local taxes associated with each order will be paid by the customer in all cases.

In the event that the product purchased by a customer is out of stock, you will be offered the option to modify your purchase for an alternative product or the immediate refund of the amount paid by that customer.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 102 of Law 3/2014, of 27th March, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the customer will have the right to cancel the order requested within a period of fourteen calendar days from the day following receipt of the order, after notifying OLITE SOLAR XII, S.L, using the withdrawal document which will clearly identify the name and address to whom it should be sent and the identification data of the contract and the contractors to which it refers. OLITE SOLAR XII, S.L. undertakes, by virtue of the aforementioned law, to return the full amount, without any deduction of costs, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days.

Under Article 103, paragraph C of RD 1/2007 16 November, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised (except by error or defect in the product or service contracted) in goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly customized as for example: registered vehicles, products with pre-installed accessories, ...

In case of defective product, will proceed as appropriate to repair, replace, apply a price reduction or terminate the purchasing contract. Any return of products to under this warranty must be made with the original packaging or another of equal or higher quality. All returns must be postage prepaid. The seller is liable for any quality issues linked to the manufacturing of the product within the first two years. Third party manipulation of the product voids the warranty.
