Accidents during transport are not common, but they do not cease to be a reality. It is important that the buyer verify that the condition of the product is satisfactory at the time of receipt and before signing the delivery note. Should the above not be possible, in your own interest of a prompt solution we strongly encourage you to write “PENDING REVISION” in the comments field and notify us in writing to any damage that has occurred in the transport within 24 hours of receipt of the package so that we can offer a prompt solution. 


In certain bulky shipments (scooters, batteries, palletized material, ...) the delivery will be made on the street, at the home of the buyer. If the buyer's home is in a place without the possibility of land access by truck, delivery will be made at the point closest to the home that was possible to transit.

Mobility products are shipped semi-assembled to facilitate transport. All mobility products - whether new orders or repairs - are tested by's technical team, however some products may require technical adjustments or fine-tuning after delivery at destination by the customer.

The customs or local taxes associated with each order will be paid by the customer in all cases.

In the event that the product purchased by a customer is out of stock, you will be offered the option to modify your purchase for an alternative product or the immediate refund of the amount paid by that customer.

Solaremobility is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity. Third party manipulation of the product voids the warranty.
